Episode 13: Curtian Call

Tonight, January 21st, the freakshow is packing up its acting and moving on. After 13 episodes we have finally reached the final act. In case you missed the season finale, here is a recap. 

The Final Recap 

Dandy wants to sing show tunes for his performance. He of course is having a tantrum already. He is so worried about selling tickets, he blames it on the freaks. Dandy claims that the audience thinks that the freaks are boring. Paulie puts Dandy in his place, flat on his ass, and tells him he is boring and will never be a freak. 

Elsa makes it to the city of fame, Hollywood. Unfortunately she is having awful luck getting in contact with the man who could hire her. She slaps the receptionist when she was told to change her act. Micheal Beck helps her though, he is the junior vice president of casting and is also German. BOOM! She got an in. 

Dandy, oh Dandy. He is humming and then goes on a shooting rampage. But on the bright side I like his white pants with black pin stripes, classy look while you are killing people. And white, bold move will all that blood. Eve tries to stop him but ends up getting shot in the head like the rest of them. 

Desiree is the only one who seems to be in the clear, she was well hidden in her trailer. The twins were tied up but Dandy asks them to come with him. Jimmy, comes back to the freakshow and realizes things are strange. No Elsa, no anyone. Jimmy goes to where the stage is, all the freaks are strung across the floor leading to the stage.

Bette marries Dandy. He is super creepy to Dot. Very weird, but Bette is happy. They are already planning their babies. Desiree poisoned Dandy. He does after Desiree but Bette shoots him in the arm. DAMN! SHOTS FIRED! Jimmy then walks in and serves Dandy a meal, he passes out onto the floor. 

Dandy wakes up in a tank. Desiree says he has to complete a Hudini trick. He tries to persuade the twins to let him out but they deny him. They fill his take up, sit back and watch the show. He dies with his last words as, "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you". Standard reaction for Dandy. He did die as a star though.

The Elsa Mars Hour is now a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. She married Micheal Beck. She was doing a commercial and then has a meltdown about the words she has to say. She was bitching about the Halloween show and how she does not perform on Halloween. Elsa then meets up with long lost love who fixed her legs. Unfortunately he is dying and she will be alone.

Elsa's fame is cut short because a reporter found her film, the one where her legs were chopped off. She also gets word about all the freaks being killed. Elsa then changes her mind to perform on Halloween. MORDRAKE! MORDRAKE!

Elsa Mars Halloween Spooktacular! Desiree has a new family and man! Go girl, go. Jimmy is with the twins. They are pregnant and happy. Mordrake and Twisty make their appearance in this last episode, they show up to Elsa's performance. She is killed by Mordrake but she does not go with him. Elsa is taken back to the freakshow, Ma Petite is there, along with all the other freaks who were killed. This is the place where she preforms every night for a full house, as the headline. This is her heaven. 

Episode 12 "Show Stoppers"

Tonight, January 14th is the second to last episode of American Horror Story Freakshow. The next episode will have a lot of wrapping up to do after this episode of "Show Stoppers". But first, recap! 

Quick Rewind

Elsa is leaving the freak show. Richard Spencer is her manager on her way to becoming a famous television star. Turns out Spencer's going away gift is that Desiree killed the owner of the museum. The freaks know about him taking Jimmy's hands. Now Elsa has Spencer on the wheel and is throwing knives at him. Elsa tells him, "You brought death into this place". Which is 100% true. Only took forever for the freaks to realize it. The freaks trap Spencer underneath a trailer.

Jimmy is heartbroken about Dell, his dad. Of course he is also upset about having his claws chopped off. He even says, "I have no hands! I can't even take a piss by myself!" That would be a rough life. Poor Jimmy. Maggie is taking care of Jimmy but he is pissed off at her. She betrayed them and he hates her. But Maggie, tells Jimmy she wants to go to New York with him still and that she LOVES HIM! 


Bette and Dot are having sex with Chester and of course, his doll, Margaery, is watching them as they fornicate. Chester still is talking to Margaery like she is a real person. Chester and Margaery plan to kill the twins. 

Now the freaks like Eve and Pete. They plan to kill Elsa because they cannot trust her. Elsa is all about Elsa, that is it. 

Dandy came to talk to the twins, he wants to be a friend of the twins. Dandy hired a private investigator to find out about Chester. He knows he is a killer and tries to tell the twins that. Then he leaves by blowing them each a kiss. 

Elsa goes to take care of Jimmy. She haves him drink something and gives him a shot. Elsa's old friend comes to create Jimmy some new wooden hands. Elsa then shows Jimmy her secret. HER WOODEN LEGS! This man that makes wooden body parts also went back and killed the people that took Elsa's legs. But he almost didn't make it out with his life. He was tortured but escaped. Unfortunately he now thinks he cannot love from due to this torture. 

Chester wants to cut the twins in half as his final act but they disapprove. Maggie volunteers to be his assistant. He hancuffs her feet to the bottom of the box. Chester does not listen to Maggie while she is freaking out. Chester keeps seeing his past lovers that made him upset and not Maggie. He cuts Maggie in half.

Margaery says that she is leaving Chester and he freaks out, kills her too. Jimmy is told by Eve that Maggie is dead. He does not want the details. Eve then tells Jimmy that Elsa is the next to go. The twins come to tell Elsa that she must leave because the freaks are plotting to kill her. The also just witnessed Elsa's wooden legs. Desiree, Eve, Legless Suzy and many others go to kill Elsa. But Elsa is gone.


ELSA LEFT WITH DANDY! 

Chester turns himself into the cops for murdering a woman, but it is just his doll. 

Dandy bought the freak show from Elsa. He bows on the stage and waves to the imaginary crowd then he heards weird noises. Then there is a wire cage with Richard Spencer in it, looking like Meep. Disturbing. 

Jimmy got his new wooden handsand they are claw shaped like before! 

Final Episode Preview 

Dandy is in charge of the freak show now. Elsa seems to have made it to Hollywood. And Jimmy gets upset about something. Seems like Dandy is probably going to get pissed at someone and just shoot up everyone. There is going to have to be a lot of explaining and wrapping up to finish season four Freak Show up next week Wednesday the 21st at 9 p.m. central time.

Episode 11 Magical Thinking

After two long weeks of no American Horror Story we are on the final stretch. January 7th is the beginning of the end. Only three episodes left until the Freakshow takes the show elsewhere. Here is a recap of what happened in Magical Thinking which is the 11th episode of the season. 

Quick Rewind 

Richard Spencer goes to Jimmy and tells him to take this liquid to get his hands cut off so he could escape prison. Jimmy was drugged and then his hands were removed. Yikes. 

Bette and Dot prioritize sex now, that is their main goal. Threesome. 

Chester is then introduced to Bette and Dot. Turns out Chester is a magician and ventriloquist. Bette and Dot want to seduce him. BAD. The twins tried to come onto him and then he got all worked up and has headaches. He is basically insane but manages to get it in with the twins. 

Chester and Margaery

We learn about his doll, Margaery. Very weird sex scene involving his ex wife and her lover. Turns out, the doll kills the both of them because she was mad they didn't invite her to their sex-capade.  

Dandy has a private investigator creep on the twins. He still loves them and wants them.  

Margaery is stolen. Chester sees her as a real person, not just a doll. Dandy stole her and put her in the tent to get the twins back. Margaery tells Chester he has to saw the twins in half. 

Desiree calls out Dell on his killing spree. He admits that he killed Ma Patite then Elsa shoots him dead.

Episode Ten: Orphanage

December 18th, was episode ten "Orphanage" of AHS. We of course have been waiting and wondering how all the seasons would connect. We now finally know a connection from season four, Freakshow, and how it connects to season two, Asylum. Episode ten was incredibly depressing, learning about Pepper and how she made her way to the asylum. Here is what happened...

Quick Rewind 

Desiree and her new man go to see Maggie about their future together.

Maggie is upset about Jimmy being taken away so she takes it out on Desiree. Maggie tells Desiree that they are going to move in together and have a white picket fence. But then, Maggie says that it will all go to shit because that is how life is. 

Desiree has a chat with Maggie. Desiree calls Maggie out, with freaks ending up dead once her and her partner came around. Maggie says yes it is all me, is that what you want to hear. But Desiree says no but if she finds out that her partner is in on these deaths there will be hell to pay. 

Maggie takes Desiree to the museum where Ma Petite and Salty are. Turns out there was a new item broought to the museum... Jimmy's claws.

Now the even more depressing story, what happened with Pepper. Salty, her husband died in his sleep. Pepper lost her mind, heartbroke over the death. Elsa decides to take Pepper back to where she belongs. 

We learn that Elsa found Pepper at an Orphanage. Then Elsa comes acrossed another pin head like Pepper. Pepper marries him. His name is Salty. Pepper cared about him so much. 

Elsa finds Pepper's sister. Unfortunately, the woman is a wench. Her and her husband are self centered and only care about themselves. Elsa makes the woman take Pepper home with her.

Pepper's sister ends up having a baby. She makes Pepper take care of the baby and her. Pepper loves the baby and treats it as if it was her own. Pepper's sister and her husband create a plan to get rid of the baby and Pepper in one swift punch. 

The husband locks Pepper out of the room and kills the baby. They call the police and blame it on Pepper. The sister then takes Pepper to Briarcliff Asylum. This is how season two and season four link. To find out the rest of Pepper's story you will have had to watch season two, Asylum. 

Twitter Craze 

Pepper's Tragedy

This is episode was a basically all about Pepper and the seasons connecting. So Twitter was heartbroken when they heard Pepper's story. Pepper being taken to the asylum because her sister was an awful woman and did not want her around anymore. It was tragic. Not only is Pepper helpless she then gets treated like trash by her sister. It was an emotion night for Twitter. 

Jimmy's Claws 

Of course with Evan Peter's being a fan favorite Twitter was shocked that his hands were in that jar at the museum. Poor Jimmy. Now he is totally helpless in jail. He doesnt even have the ability to drop the soap now! 

Now we have to wait until January to see what happened to Jimmy. We also have a new face joining the show, Neil Patrick Harris! Only a couple more episodes until the freak show hits the dusty trail. Hopefully after this holiday break things start to pick up the pace!

Tupperware Party Massacre

December 10th ninth episode of AHS FreakShow was not as exciting as last week's episode but it was full of secrets and some were spilled. 

Quick Rewind

Now that Ethel died Jimmy is binge drinking and seducing this woman who is so large so honestly looks like a circle. Everyone is concerned. 

Dandy was looking for Bette and Dot unfortunately the freaks do not know where those two are. But they are actually getting ready to die thanks to Elsa and Stanley. Stanley, also is playing doctor with his sexual lover. This doctor is also the person who is gonna kill the twins.

Dandy also murders a party of women and leaves their bodies in a pool. He also tells Dora's daughter, Regina, he killed Dora and his own mother. Regina gets pissed and contacts the police. Turns out, this officer is in on it with Dandy. They kill Regina. 

Dell is feeling very guilty for what he has done. Stanley also has came onto him sexually, in the end he tried to hang himself. Desiree cuts him down and saves his life. 

Dot finally realized that she did not need Bette to be gone for her to be whole and live her life to the fullest. She then tries to comfort Jimmy about his mother's death. Dot confessed her love for Jimmy and Jimmy shot her down. HARD.

Jimmy then got arrested for killing all the women that Dandy killed. Rough night man... you could have had sex before you got shipped off to jail.

Everyone is upset that Dandy killed Regina aka Precious. She is also a favorite and Dandy forever pisses everyone off.

Suicidal Dell

People also were thrown for a loop that Dell was trying to kill himself, but he did kill Ma Petite, so... yeah. But really, most people were totally okay with him being killed. They were even kind of sad Desiree saved him. Viva La Ma Petite. 

Love Confession And Strip

Dot's love confession and robe strip had Twitter tweaking. It was very sad because she obviously had this planned out and was completely shot down by Jimmy. He said he was in love with someone else. WOW. Well Dot he just got arrested so good thing you didn't sleep with a convict. 

Blood Bath

Blood Bath was episode 8 of FreakShow, unfortunately I have been very sick so I did not watch the latest episode. Because of that, I heard from a friend what happened so I am not writing a post about that episode. I will write one for tonight's episode which is at 9 p.m. Central time. 


So SORRY about this, crazy week being sick and now finals for college.

Test of Strength

Hello all! Kaylee Swearingen just updating anyone who is still following American Horror Story FreakShow with November 19th's episode, now a break until December 3rd! What will we do without all the death and plot twists!?

Quick Rewind 

Bette is out to breakhearts tonight, but like we learned in Frozen nothing is stronger than sisterly love! Jimmy comes to get Bette and Dot. Dandy loves Bette but she loves her sister more. They leave with Jimmy, back to the show. 

Jimmy calls out Elsa after his Nirvana jam session. Then the twins have a chitchat with Jimmy and her. But the twins are covering for Elsa, weird... 

Desiree and Ethel go to see the doctor, then find out he was killed... my guess, Dell. 

Richard Spencer calls out Dell about being at the gay bar, High Noon.He is now black mailing Dell into killing a freak. 

Jimmy and Maggie are snuggling together. Love connection, Maggie is pissed and thinks Jimmy wont leave the freak show. 

Dell goes after Amazon Eve but she beats him down and says, "Who's the strong man now?" Oooohh kill em, Eve!

Ethel finds out about this attack and says we should kill Dell.  Ethel says he has to pay, Jimmy thinks he can handle him. If doesn't, the women of the freak show are killing him.

Elsa meets with the twins, she asks about what they want. Bette wants to be a comedian and caviar and 20% off the top. Dot says 50%. Elsa takes the deal.

Jimmy takes Dell to the bar. Jimmy talks about his gloves. Jimmy knows that Dell is his dad. Then Jimmy and Dell have a bonding moment. The two drunkies try to tell Elsa how it is when they come back loud and drunk. 

Only Child, Penny, goes back to get her stuff, she says she is in love with Paul. Her father says that Morris is here for her send off. The man tattoos her face, cuts her hair and forks her tongue. 

Bette got a new look, blonde. Elsa wrote Dot a note to ask what she truly wants. Dot tells Elsa she wants the surgery from a man in Chicago.

OMG! Jimmy sang Nirvana! Twitter was stoked about it. I loved it. So great to hear some Nirvana on the show. The song covers have been a successful part of this season's show. I am always hoping for there to be a new one each episode.

Penny's Dad 

Penny clearly has some daddy issues. When her dad was having some man tattoo her face and fork her tongue, the people on Twitter were tweaking. How could someone's dad do that to his daughter?!

Ma Petite 

Well, we all saw it coming. Someone had to die in this episode of AHS. But Ma Petite was that one who had to go. Twitter was so pissed. Everyone thought she was getting killed last week but she survived. Maybe it was foreshadow, regadless Twitter was crying.
